Here is the last of the three Nemesis-Bladers form the Beyblade: Metal Fury-series.
This Guy’s name is Keyser, after the navigator Pieter Dirkszoon Keyser.
Pieter Keyser is known for inventing 12 new constellations, including the constellations "Fly", "Phoenix" and "Chameleon".
But I sadly don´t know much about the Beyblade Character. But I really like his Design. He looks like he is extremely crazy.
But he works for Nemesis, so he probably is.
